What's included in our program?

  • Calculate and prepare employee paychecks with full YTD detail.

  • Automatic deposit (ACH) of employee's net paycheck amount is available to employees at no charge.

  • Calculate, withhold and pay all Federal and State taxes and file all corresponding reports.

  • Pay and file reports for state and Federal unemployment.

  • Handle any and all audits regarding any payroll tax issues. (RHI would cover any possible penalties that should ever arise).

  • Install a Workers Compensation Policy for your company and cover all required deposits and annual fees.

  • Calculate and pay all Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage to your customers as needed.

  • At your request, we can assist you in setting up a safety program.

  • Supply you with safety manuals and other first aid and safety related items at a reasonable charge.

  • Handle on the job injuries.

  • Handle unemployment claims.

  • Issue W-2 wage statements each January at no additional charge.

  • Hand deliver payroll on Wednesday each week at no additional charge (some restrictions apply).

  • Have pre-tax health and dental insurance available to your employees.

  • Provide a knowledgeable staff in our office that's ready to answer your payroll related questions.
